- 1 cup matzo meal

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 4 large eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup raisins

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
