1. Classic Challah Bread
Ingredients:
* 3 tablespoons active dry yeast
* 1/2 cup warm water
* 1/3 cup honey
* 2 eggs, plus one for glazing
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 4-4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey, two eggs, oil, four cups of the flour, and salt. Stir until combined.
