5 Best Winter Kosher Citrus Salad Recipes | Vibrant, Flavorful



1. Winter Citrus & Pomegranate Salad


Ingredients:


2 oranges, peeled and sliced


1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced


1/2 cup pomegranate seeds


2 cups arugula or baby spinach


2 tbsp chopped fresh mint


2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil


1 tbsp honey


Salt & pepper to taste



Instructions:


1. Arrange arugula on a serving plate.



2. Top with citrus slices and pomegranate seeds.



3. Whisk olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper; drizzle over salad.



4. Garnish with mint.




Tip: Use a mix of red and pink grapefruit for color contrast.

Ingredients:


1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced


1 orange, peeled and segmented


1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
