A Prayer Of Declaration For Personal And Family Deliverance: The Curse Ends Here: How To Break Free From Family Iniquity Journey
Introduction
When you are ready to break free from the strongholds of family iniquity, prayer is one of the most powerful tools you have at your disposal. A prayer of declaration is a bold statement of faith, a declaration that aligns your words with God’s truth and sets in motion the spiritual freedom that God has already provided for you through Messiah Yeshua. As you speak this prayer over your life and family, you will be taking authority over the past, rejecting the lies of the enemy, and embracing the fullness of the freedom and blessings that God promises.
In this chapter, we will go through a prayer of declaration that Messianic Jewish believers can pray to break the chains of family iniquity and activate the blessing of God over their lives and their family lines. We will incorporate powerful Bible verses from the Tanakh and the Gospels to reinforce the truth of God’s Word as we declare His freedom.
A Prayer of Declaration for Personal and Family Deliverance
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart full of faith, knowing that You are the God who sets the captives free. I thank You for the precious blood of Yeshua, who has made a way for me to be completely delivered from the curse of sin, iniquity, and death. I stand firm on the foundation of Your Word, which declares that I have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and that the enemy no longer has power over me.
Psalm 34:17 says, "When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles." I declare that I am the righteousness of God in Messiah Yeshua. You hear my cries, and You deliver me from all my troubles, including the troubles that have been passed down through my family line.
I take authority right now, in the name of Yeshua, to break every generational curse, iniquity, and bondage that has been passed down through my bloodline. I renounce every tie to the sins and iniquities of my ancestors. Exodus 34:7 says, “He keeps steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin.” I declare that the blood of Yeshua covers my family and me, and I ask for Your forgiveness for every sin, every transgression, and every iniquity that has affected my family line.
Leviticus 26:42 promises, "Then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, and I will remember my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land." Father, I claim the covenant of Your blessings for my family. I declare that the curses that have affected my family are broken. You are faithful to Your promises, and I trust that You will restore and bless my family according to Your Word.
I break any power that has been given to the enemy through the sins of my forefathers. Matthew 18:18 says, "Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." I now bind and break every stronghold of sickness, poverty, addiction, divorce, strife, and any other generational curse that has been passed down through my family. I loose the blessing of health, peace, prosperity, unity, and freedom in its place.
Matthew 12:29 says, “Or how can someone enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house.” In the authority of Yeshua, I declare that the strongman holding my family in bondage is bound, and I plunder the enemy’s goods, taking back everything he has stolen from my family.
I declare that every negative word spoken over me and my family line is broken. Isaiah 54:17 promises, "No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment." I declare that no weapon, no curse, and no word of judgment can prosper against me or my family.
Psalm 103:12 tells us, "As far as the east is from the west, so far does He remove our transgressions from us." I declare that every sin, every iniquity, and every curse in my family line is removed from me as far as the east is from the west. They have no hold on me, and they will not be passed on to my children.
John 8:36 says, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." I thank You, Yeshua, for setting me free. I choose to walk in that freedom today and every day. I renounce all past influences and take hold of the new identity You have given me in You. I am no longer bound by the curses of my ancestors but am free to walk in the blessings You have for me.
Father, I declare that my family is restored. Isaiah 58:12 declares, "And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in." I stand on this promise and declare that the breaches in my family are being repaired. The foundations of my family are being restored, and my family line is being rebuilt according to Your will.
I call forth a future of blessings, righteousness, and peace for my descendants. Proverbs 20:7 says, "The righteous who walks in his integrity—blessed are his children after him!" I declare that my children and my children's children will walk in righteousness and integrity. They will not be held captive by the iniquities of the past, but will walk in the fullness of Your blessings.
Isaiah 61:7 promises, "Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy." I declare that You will restore to me and my family a double portion of Your blessings. We will walk in Your joy, peace, and righteousness, and we will leave behind a legacy of freedom and restoration for future generations.
Father, I thank You for the freedom I now walk in. I am no longer a slave to sin or the generational curses of my ancestors. I am a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Yeshua, and I walk in the fullness of Your grace, mercy, and freedom.
I declare that the curse ends here, and that my family will walk in the freedom, blessings, and promises You have made to us. In the mighty name of Yeshua HaMashiach, I pray.
Amen.
Conclusion
This prayer of declaration is a powerful step in breaking the chains of generational iniquity and stepping into the freedom that Yeshua has secured for you. Remember, the key is not only in praying this prayer, but in continually living it out by embracing your new identity in Messiah and committing to walk in obedience to His Word.
As you declare these truths over your life and family, stand firm in the confidence that God has heard your prayer and is working to restore every area of your family line. The curse ends here. Your victory has been secured, and the blessing of God is now yours to walk in and pass down to future generations.
