Prayer for Healing Lungs and Heart

A Messianic Jewish Cry for Restoration and Glory

Avinu Malkeinu, my Father and my King, I come before You in deep humility and deep expectation. Hashem, You are the One who formed my lungs, shaped my heart, breathed life into my body, and called my soul into being. You alone are Elohim, the Maker of heaven and earth, and I lift my voice to You that You may be glorified, and that through my healing Your Kingdom will expand in the Name of Yeshua, Your Messiah.

Abba, I lay my lungs and my heart before You. You see every breath I take, every rhythm within my chest, every place of strain, weakness, inflammation, or distress. You know every hidden thing. I ask You to cleanse me, strengthen me, and heal me so completely that every inhale and every heartbeat becomes a testimony of Your power, Your mercy, and Your covenant love.

Hashem, wrap me in the shield of Yeshua’s blood—the covering that speaks a better word, the protection that silences the accuser, the redemption that restores everything broken. Let the fire of God, the holy flame that once fell upon Mount Sinai and the flame that purifies, search my innermost being. Burn away everything that does not belong—every sickness, every affliction, every assignment of the enemy, and every root of fear.

Father, be glorified in my body. Glorify Yourself in my lungs. Glorify Yourself in my heart. Glorify Yourself in every system of my being. Let healing rise not only for my sake, but so that others will see Your goodness and be drawn to the hope found only in Yeshua.

“For I am Hashem who heals you.” — Exodus 15:26

I hold onto this promise, Abba. You are the One who heals—Rapha, the Great Physician of Israel. You do not change, and Your compassion has not grown dim.

Just as David declared,
“Hashem is my shepherd; I shall not want…He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:1,3

Restore not only my soul but my body. Restore my breath. Restore my strength. Restore my heart to perfect rhythm, perfect function, perfect peace.

And as the prophet cried,
“By His stripes we are healed.” — Isaiah 53:5
Yeshua bore my sorrows and carried my pain, and I receive the healing He paid for.

Holy Father, I ask that You stretch out Your mighty hand the way You did through Your Son:

For it is written of Yeshua in the Gospel,
“And Yeshua went throughout all Galilee…healing every disease and every sickness among the people.” — Matthew 4:23

Let that same healing flow through me now. Let the compassion He displayed, the healing He brought, and the authority He carried be made manifest in my body from the inside out.

Hashem, breathe into my lungs the breath of life once again, just as You breathed into Adam at creation. Make my lungs expand with strength. Remove every obstruction, inflammation, infection, or tightness. Let the breath within me rise pure, strong, and steady.

And Father, touch my heart.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10

Create not only a clean spiritual heart but restore my physical heart to perfect health. Strengthen the chambers, the vessels, the rhythms. Drive out every irregularity. Let Your shalom settle into every beat.

Yeshua, You said,
“According to your faith be it unto you.” — Matthew 9:29
Today, in faith, I receive the fullness of healing that comes from Your hand alone.

Hashem, let Your fire consume every trace of affliction. Let Your presence surround me like a wall of glory. Let Your light break forth like the dawn, as it is written:
“Then your light shall break forth like the morning, and your healing shall spring forth speedily.” — Isaiah 58:8

I ask for a speedy healing. A supernatural healing. A complete healing that will cause others to say, “Hashem has done great things!”

May every breath I take proclaim Your goodness.
May every beat of my heart declare Your faithfulness.
May my restored health become a vessel for Your Kingdom.
May my life point to Yeshua—the Messiah, the Redeemer, the Son of David, the Holy One of Israel.

Father, let Your Kingdom expand through my testimony. Use my healing to draw others into the light of Truth. Be glorified in me, Hashem. Be exalted in my body, my mind, my spirit, and my health.

I receive Your healing.
I honor Your Name.
I trust Your covenant.
And I give You all the glory.

I pray all of this in the mighty Name of Yeshua,
