Prayer for Healing Lungs and Heart Health

A Messianic Cry for Restoration and Kingdom Glory

Avinu Malkeinu, my Father and my King,
I come before You in humility and in desperate hope. Hashem, You are the God who sees me, the God who heals me, the God whose compassion never fails. I lift up my lungs and my heart before You—every breath, every beat, every hidden place within me—and I surrender them fully to Your restoring hands. Let this prayer glorify You alone. Let this moment be a testimony that expands Your Kingdom through the power and mercy revealed in Yeshua, my Messiah.

Father, I ask that You cover me in the shield of Yeshua’s blood, the blood that speaks a better word, the blood that brings deliverance, forgiveness, and wholeness to every part of my being. Wrap my lungs, my heart, my chest, and my inner depths under that shield right now. Let every attack—physical, spiritual, emotional—be stopped by the power of Yeshua’s sacrifice.

Send forth the fire of God into every place where sickness has tried to lodge itself. Let Your holy fire consume inflammation, weakness, shortness of breath, irregular rhythms, and anything standing against the fullness of life You have promised me. Purify me, cleanse me, and renew me from the inside out.

Hashem, You created my body. You formed my lungs with Your breath. You fashioned my heart with Your wisdom. You are the One who said:

“For I am Hashem who heals you.” — Exodus 15:26

And so I stand on that promise. I cling to it. I speak it over my body right now.

Abba, I ask You to restore my lungs—expand them, strengthen them, cleanse them, and fill them with healing breath. Let the breath of life You once breathed into Adam be breathed into me again. Let every cell be renewed. Let every airway open. Let every part of my respiratory system come into divine alignment with Your will.

And for my heart, Father…
Strengthen it. Restore its rhythm. Guard it from fear, anxiety, heaviness, or grief. You said in Your Word:

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10

Hashem, do this within me now. Renew my heart physically and spiritually. Make it beat in harmony with Your truth, Your hope, and Your shalom.

And Messiah Yeshua, my Shepherd and Redeemer, I cling to Your words:

“According to your faith be it unto you.” — Matthew 9:29
“Daughter/Son, be of good comfort; your faith has made you whole.” — Matthew 9:22
“I will come and heal him.” — Matthew 8:7

I receive these words as spoken directly to me. Let healing flow through my body in the same power and authority You carried during Your earthly ministry. Let my healing glorify the Father and reveal His Kingdom.

May every breath testify of You.
May every heartbeat declare Your faithfulness.
May every step I take be part of Your expanding Kingdom.

Hashem, glorify Yourself through my healing. Let others see Your goodness in my restoration. Let this miracle be a doorway for them to encounter Your love through Yeshua the Messiah.

Father, I thank You that Your Word does not return void:

“But to you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings.” — Malachi 4:2

Arise over me now, Hashem.
Stretch out Your wings.
Let healing flow.

I declare that my lungs will breathe freely.
I declare that my heart will beat strong.
I declare that the fire of God is purifying me.
I declare that the shield of Yeshua’s blood is protecting me.
I declare that Hashem, my healer, is restoring me.

Be glorified in my body, be glorified in my life, be glorified in every testimony that comes from this healing.

And may Your Kingdom expand because of what You are doing in me.
