Egg Sandwich Homemade Kosher Recipe




Alright, let's make a delicious egg sandwich! Here's what you'll need:


Ingredients:


- 2 slices of bread (whole wheat or your favorite kind)
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or cooking spray (for greasing the pan)
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, or any other veggies you like



Now, let's get cooking!



1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are well combined. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper to the eggs if you like.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with a little butter or cooking spray.

3. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and let them cook for a few minutes until they start to set around the edges.

4. Gently push the cooked edges towards the center of the pan, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Keep doing this until the eggs are mostly cooked but still slightly runny on top.

5. Now, carefully flip the eggs over using a spatula and cook for another minute or so until they are fully cooked through.

6. While the eggs are cooking, you can toast your bread slices if you like them crispy. You can use a toaster or a toaster oven for this step.

7. Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them onto one slice of the toasted bread. If you want to add cheese, you can place a slice on top of the eggs while they are still hot, so it melts a little.

8. Now, it's time to add any additional toppings you like. You can add lettuce, tomato slices, or any other veggies you enjoy.

9. Finally, place the second slice of bread on top to complete your sandwich.
