I come before You today, seeking Your guidance, protection, and deliverance over my child's life. I humbly pray that my child will never engage in prostitution, as I believe it is Your desire for them to walk in purity, honor, and dignity.
Your Word teaches us in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body." I pray that my child will understand the importance of sexual purity and the value of their body as a temple of Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, I ask for Your guidance and wisdom to be upon my child. Help them to make wise and discerning choices, including the decision to abstain from any involvement in prostitution. Your Word says in Proverbs 2:6-7, "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding; he stores up sound wisdom for the upright; he is a shield to those who walk in integrity." I pray that my child will seek Your wisdom and walk in integrity, choosing a path that honors You.
I also pray for their protection from the temptations and pressures of the world. Your Word says in Psalm 119:9, "How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word." I ask that You would guard their hearts and minds, helping them to resist the allure of worldly pleasures and to find their satisfaction and fulfillment in You alone.
Lord, I pray for their understanding of their worth and identity in You. Your Word says in Genesis 1:27, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." Help my child to recognize and embrace their inherent value and dignity as Your creation. May they find their worth and identity in You, rather than seeking validation through harmful and degrading activities.
I also pray for their emotional and spiritual healing. If my child has been exposed to or affected by the darkness of prostitution, I ask for Your healing touch upon their hearts and minds. Your Word says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." I pray that You would bring restoration and wholeness to any areas of brokenness or pain in their lives.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing my prayer. I trust in Your guidance, protection, and deliverance for my child's life. May they walk in purity, honor, and dignity, bringing glory to Your name. In the name of Yeshua, I pray. Amen.
