Recipe: Veggie Stir-Fry




Ingredients:


- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:



1. Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. You can use any vegetables you like or have available.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they become tender-crisp. You can adjust the cooking time based on your preference for softer or crunchier vegetables.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey (if using) to make the sauce.
6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat them evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Remove from heat and serve the veggie stir-fry hot.
