Chamomile, Mint & Calendula Tea Recipe: Kosher Healing Recipe 


Healing Kosher Biblical Recipe


Scriptural Inspiration:

Ingredients (serves 2-3 cups):


1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers – calming and soothing, often associated with rest and peace.


1 teaspoon dried mint leaves – for digestive comfort and refreshment.


1 teaspoon dried calendula petals – for skin health and gentle cleansing.


2 cups boiling water


Optional: honey (kosher) or a slice of lemon



Instructions:


1. Combine Herbs: Place chamomile, mint, and calendula in a teapot or heat-safe cup.



2. Pour Hot Water: Pour 2 cups of freshly boiled water over the herbs.



3. Steep: Cover and let steep for 5–7 minutes.



4. Strain: Strain the tea into cups.



5. Optional Sweetening: Add kosher honey or a slice of lemon for flavor.



6. Serve & Enjoy: Sip slowly, meditating on God’s healing and rest.
