Ingredients


For the Chicken:


2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (kosher-certified)

For the Alfredo Sauce:


3 tbsp unsalted butter


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 cup heavy cream (kosher-certified)

Pinch of nutmeg (optional)



For the Pasta:


12 oz fettuccine or any pasta of choice (kosher-certified)


Water and 1 tsp kosher salt for boiling

Instructions


1. Cook the Pasta:


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.


Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.




2. Prepare the Chicken:


Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.


Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).


Remove chicken from skillet, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.




3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:


In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter.


Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).


Pour in heavy cream, stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes.


Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.


Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.




4. Combine and Serve:


Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.


Layer sliced chicken on top.


Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.


Serve immediately.
