Prayer Of Protection From Evil - A Messianic Jewish Prayer of Covering, Fire, and Kingdom Authority

Avinu Malkeinu—my Father, my King,

I come before You in humility and awe.

I lift my voice to You, HaShem, Maker of heaven and earth,

the Holy One of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

You alone are my refuge. You alone are my shield.

“As the psalmist declared, ‘The LORD is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?

The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?’” (Psalm 27:1)

Father in Heaven,

I ask that Your great Name be sanctified in my life and in the earth.

Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done,

as Yeshua taught us to pray:

“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven…

and deliver us from evil.” (Matthew 6:9–10, 13)

Today I ask for protection from all evil—

seen and unseen, spoken and unspoken, known and unknown.

I place myself fully under Your authority, HaShem,

and I take refuge in the covering You have provided through Yeshua the Messiah.

I ask You to cover me with the shield of Yeshua’s blood,

the blood of the spotless Lamb,

the blood that speaks better things than fear, accusation, or condemnation.

As it is written:

“When I see the blood, I will pass over you,

and no plague shall be upon you to destroy you.” (Exodus 12:13)

Let that divine protection stand between me and every work of darkness.

Father, You are my defender.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper,” You declared,

“and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.” (Isaiah 54:17)

I receive this promise now.

I reject every scheme of the enemy,

every assignment of destruction, distraction, or despair.

Surround me with Your holy presence, O HaShem.

Be for me what You have always been for Your people—

“a wall of fire all around… and the glory in her midst.” (Zechariah 2:5)

Let the fire of God go before me, behind me, and around me.

Burn away every trace of evil influence.

Consume every foothold of darkness.

Refine my heart, purify my thoughts, and guard my soul.

I declare, as King David declared:

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High

will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.” (Psalm 91:1)

I choose to dwell there—under Your wings,

where no terror by night and no arrow by day can overcome me.

Yeshua, my Messiah and Shepherd,

You said: “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish;

no one will snatch them out of My hand.” (John 10:28)

I rest in Your hand today.

I trust Your voice above every other voice.

I follow You, and I reject the lies of the enemy.

Father, be glorified through my life.

Let my protection become a testimony.

Let my peace reveal Your power.

Let my obedience expand Your Kingdom in the earth.

As Yeshua prayed, I echo His words:

“Father, glorify Your name.” (John 12:28)

May Your Kingdom advance through me—

in my home, my words, my decisions, and my calling.

Let the light shine in the darkness,

for as it is written:

“The light shines in the darkness,

and the darkness has not overcome it.” (John 1:5)

HaShem, You are one.

You are faithful.

You are mighty to save.

I place my trust not in my own strength,

but in Your covenant love and in the victory You have given through Yeshua.

I stand firm, protected, and at peace,

knowing that You are with me,

knowing that You go before me,

knowing that Your Name is a strong tower.

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower;

the righteous run to it and are safe.” (Proverbs 18:10)

I seal this prayer with faith, gratitude, and surrender,

asking that all glory, honor, and praise

rise to You, Heavenly Father,

as Your Kingdom expands through Yeshua the Messiah.

I pray all of this in Yeshua’s name. Amen.
