Prayer For Women’s Retreats - Messianic Jewish Prayer

Avinu Malkeinu, my Father and my King,
I come before You with reverence and joy, lifting up women’s retreats to Your holy Name, HaShem. I thank You that You are the God of covenant, the God of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah, the God who sees women, calls us by name, and invites us to draw near. May everything in these retreats exist for one purpose alone: that You, Father, would be glorified, and that Your Kingdom would expand through Yeshua, the Messiah.

HaShem, I ask that You go before every women’s retreat like a pillar of fire and a cloud of glory. Prepare the ground, soften hearts, and clear away every distraction. I invite the shield of Yeshua’s blood to cover every woman, every leader, every speaker, every worship moment, every conversation, every place of rest and gathering. Let His precious blood speak protection, redemption, and covenant over us.

As it is written in the Torah and the Writings,

“Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain” (Psalm 127:1).

So I declare today that You, HaShem, are the builder of these retreats. Build them according to Your will, Your timing, and Your design. Tear down what is human striving, and establish what is born of the Ruach Elohim.

Father, let the fire of God fall on women’s retreats—not a strange fire, but the holy fire of Your presence. Burn away fear, shame, weariness, bitterness, and unbelief. Ignite first love again. Let hearts burn within us as You speak Your truth, just as Yeshua did on the road, opening hearts to the Scriptures. Refine us, purify us, and set us ablaze for Your glory.

I pray that these retreats would become sacred spaces of encounter, where Your voice is heard clearly and Your compassion is felt deeply. As Yeshua taught us to pray,

“Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10).

Let that prayer be answered powerfully in every women’s retreat. May heaven touch earth. May broken places be restored. May weary souls find rest in You.

HaShem, You are the One who pours out Your Spirit, and I stand on Your promise:

“I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy” (Joel 2:28).

I ask that You pour out Your Spirit on the daughters who gather. Let women hear Your voice, see Your vision, and rise in holy boldness. Release prophetic encouragement, godly wisdom, and deep discernment that aligns fully with Your Word.

Yeshua, You said,

“Where two or three are gathered in My name, there am I among them” (Matthew 18:20).

So I trust and declare that You are present in every women’s retreat—walking among us, healing hearts, restoring identities, and calling women into their Kingdom assignments. Let Your presence be tangible and undeniable.

Father, glorify Yourself through testimonies of freedom and transformation. As it is written,

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you” (Isaiah 60:1).

Let women arise and shine—not for their own glory, but for Yours. May they leave retreats clothed in strength and dignity, rooted in truth, and anchored in Your love.

Yeshua, You declared,

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32).

Let Your truth set women free in every retreat—free from lies of the enemy, free from old wounds, free from fear of man, free to worship, free to obey, free to love. Let freedom become a hallmark of these gatherings.

I ask, HaShem, that women’s retreats would multiply fruit that lasts. As Yeshua prayed,

“That they may all be one… so that the world may believe that You sent Me” (John 17:21).

Bring unity among women across generations, cultures, and backgrounds. Let love and humility testify that Yeshua is the Messiah and that Your Kingdom is alive and advancing.

Father, I dedicate every women’s retreat to You again. May Your Name be honored. May Your Son be exalted. May Your fire fall. May the shield of Yeshua’s blood remain over us from beginning to end. And may everything accomplished bring glory to You alone and cause Your Kingdom to expand on the earth.

I seal this prayer with thanksgiving and faith, trusting You completely,
in Yeshua’s name. Amen.
