Because a house is wood, concrete, glass, and paint.

The perfect market.
The perfect interest rate.
The perfect sign.
The perfect feeling.
The perfect everything.
Meanwhile, twelve months pass.
Then twenty-four.
Then thirty-six.

Ecclesiastes reminds us:
