Grilled Lamb With Garlic Herb Rub Recipe | Kosher
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15–20 minutes
Ingredients 🍴
-
2 lbs kosher lamb chops or lamb steaks
-
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
-
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
-
2 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
-
1 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp kosher salt
-
¼ cup olive oil
-
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
-
Prepare the rub: In a small bowl, mix garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, cumin, paprika, pepper, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice until it forms a thick paste.
-
Season the lamb: Pat lamb dry with paper towels. Rub the herb mixture evenly over the lamb on both sides. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).

Grill the lamb: Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Cook lamb chops 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
