½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup apple cider (or apple juice)

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp ginger

1 tsp kosher salt

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions

Assemble base: Place carrots, sweet potatoes, apples, and pears in crockpot.

Make sauce: Whisk together honey, apple cider, olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
