Prayer for Healing Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
My Father in Heaven, Hashem, the One who fashioned me from the dust and breathed into me the breath of life, I come before Your throne of grace now. I bow before You, the Almighty, the Great Physician, for there is no other healer like You. My body is in distress; a fire of infection burns within me, targeting the pathways You designed for purity and cleansing. This urinary tract infection is a torment, a constant, sharp reminder of this world’s brokenness. The discomfort is a heavy burden, the worry a thick cloud. So I run to You, my Refuge and my Fortress, my God in whom I trust.
I lift my eyes to the hills—from where does my help come? My help comes from Hashem, the Maker of heaven and earth. You are the God who heals. You declared to Your people, “I am Hashem who heals you” (Exodus 15:26). That is Your name, Your character, Your promise to those who seek Your face. I seek Your face now. Let Your healing word be fulfilled in this flesh, in these vessels You formed. As You promised in Your Torah, “I will take sickness away from among you” (Exodus 23:25). I hold fast to this covenant promise, extended to me through the everlasting mercies of Your Son.
And so, Adonai, I cover myself now in the shield of Yeshua’s blood. That sacred, costly blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. It is the sign of the New Covenant, purchased by my Messiah on the tree. By His stripes, I declare healing. That blood is my protection, my covering, and my right standing before You. It silences the accuser and breaks the power of every affliction. Just as the lamb’s blood on the doorposts in Egypt caused the destroyer to pass over, I plead the perfect, final blood of the Lamb of God over every cell, every tissue, every organ in my body. Let this infection pass over and be gone. Let this blood be a seal of life and wholeness upon me.
I invite Your holy fire, Ruach HaKodesh, to come now. You are a consuming fire. Let the refining fire of Your presence sweep through my body. Burn away every impurity, every bacterial invasion, every trace of this illness. Purify these internal waters as only Your divine flame can. Let it be a fire of sanctification, not of destruction—a fire that heals, not harms. For You have said, “I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction” (Isaiah 48:10). Let this refining work be complete, and let me emerge from this furnace cleansed, strengthened, and purified for Your purposes.
Father, most of all, I ask that through this struggle and this healing, You would be glorified. Let Your name be magnified in my body. Whether in life or in death, in sickness or in health, let my life point to You. I pray for the expansion of Your Kingdom through this very circumstance. Let my testimony of Your faithfulness be a beacon that draws others to the love and power of Yeshua. As Yeshua taught us to pray, I echo with all my heart: “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Perform Your will in my body, Lord, so that earth may resemble heaven a little more. Let others see Your works and give You praise. As the psalmist declared, “I will praise you, Hashem, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds” (Psalm 9:1). I will tell of this one.
I remember the words of my Messiah, Yeshua, who went throughout Galilee, “healing every disease and sickness among the people” (Matthew 4:23). He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I remember the woman who suffered for twelve years, who thought, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.” And Yeshua said to her, “Take heart, daughter, your faith has healed you” (Matthew 9:21-22). I reach out my hand in faith to touch the hem of His garment now. I take heart, for You are my Father, and I am Your child.
I stand on the authority of Yeshua’s name and the truth of His gospel. He said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10). I rebuke the thief that seeks to steal my peace and health. I claim the full life Yeshua gives. He also said, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you” (Matthew 7:7). So I ask boldly for complete healing. I seek Your face. I knock on the door of Your mercy.
From the depths, I cry to You, Hashem. Lord, hear my voice. Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are my praise. I choose to trust in You with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding. In all my ways, even in this pain, I acknowledge You, believing You will make my paths straight.
I receive Your peace. I receive Your healing virtue. I receive Your strength. I thank You for hearing me, for You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. I wait for You, my soul waits, and in Your word I put my hope.
All this I pray, with a heart full of faith and surrender, in the mighty and holy name of Yeshua HaMashiach, my Redeemer and my Healer.
Amen.
