Prayer Thanking God For Delivering Me From Prison

“A Cry of Gratitude from the Depths: HaShem Has Delivered Me”

Prayer:

Abba, my Father in Heaven,

HaShem Elohei Tzevaot—God of the Armies of Heaven—

I lift up my heart, my voice, my soul to You today with trembling and praise,

because You, O Holy One of Israel, have delivered me!

You reached down into the darkness of my captivity,

You came to me in the narrow place—Mitzrayim of the soul—and You did not forget me.

When I felt abandoned, when I was surrounded by bars and chains,

You remembered my name.

You whispered life into my heart again.

You called me your daughter. You shielded me with the blood of Yeshua, your Son.

You did not leave me to the will of my enemies.

You did not let shame have the last word.

You arose, HaShem, in Your holy fire, and scattered the works of the adversary.

You shattered the yoke of oppression,

You broke the snare of the fowler,

And I—like a bird—escaped, because You are faithful.

“He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free,

to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

—Luke 4:18–19

HaShem, You have been my refuge and my fortress,

My God in whom I trust.

When I was surrounded by four walls, You built around me a wall of fire!

When I was treated unjustly, You stood as Judge and Advocate.

When I cried in the night, You stored my tears in your bottle.

You bore my sorrow, You carried my pain, You covered me with Your wings.

“You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.”

—Psalm 32:7

Now I return to You, not empty-handed, but full of praise.

I give You my thanksgiving offering,

From lips unworthy and a heart made whole by Your mercy.

Father, glorify Your name through this deliverance.

Let the nations see and tremble!

Let those who are in chains—even spiritual ones—hear of this testimony and be loosed!

Let your Kingdom expand through the power of Yeshua,

The One who broke every curse and conquered death.

Let the fire of Your Spirit fall on this generation!

Father, take my story and use it to call back the prodigals,

To awaken the sleeping, to stir up the remnant,

To make way for the return of Your Son in glory.

Let the works of darkness be exposed and cast down by Your light.

Let every stronghold break beneath the power of Your outstretched arm.

“But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.”

—Habakkuk 2:20

You are holy. You are righteous. You are just.

And yet You are merciful, and tender, and close.

Who is like You, HaShem?

Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand?

Who commands the morning and tells the sea: “This far you may come”?

You alone, Abba.

And I testify today that You still deliver.

You still rescue. You still save.

Cover me daily, Father, in the shield of Yeshua’s blood.

Sanctify my lips with the fire of Your altar.

Keep me walking in Your commandments,

Not just in freedom—but in purpose.

Let not one day of liberty be wasted.

Let it all bring glory to You.

Let everything in my life—my breath, my words, my testimony, my scars—

Declare one thing: HaShem reigns, and Yeshua is King.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

—Matthew 5:16

I thank You. I praise You. I surrender anew to You.

I am not the same. Because You came for me.

You lit a fire around me in the night and gave me beauty for ashes.

Be glorified, O Father. Be magnified in Heaven and on Earth.

Let every chain that once bound me testify that You are my Redeemer.

Let all who see me know—this is the work of YHWH, and it is marvelous in our eyes.

In the mighty name of Yeshua, the Lamb who was slain,

Who rose again, who covers me with His blood, and who will return in glory—

I pray and I give thanks.

Amen. Amen. Amen.
