Sesame Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
2. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sautĂ© for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
4. Combine & Toss: Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together until well-coated and heated through, about 1–2 minutes.
5. Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
Chef’s Tip: For extra flavor, marinate chicken in 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil for 15 minutes before cooking.
