Sukkot Prayer | Prayer For Sukkot, The Feast Of Tabernacles Blessings 

Sukkot — Prayer of Joyful Dwelling and Divine Presence

Avinu Malkeinu, my Father and my King,

As I enter the sacred season of Sukkot, I lift my heart in rejoicing and thanksgiving. HaShem, You are my shelter, my refuge, and my everlasting dwelling place. “The LORD has been my dwelling place in all generations” (Psalm 90:1). Today I remember how You led Israel through the wilderness, protecting them, providing for them, and calling them to dwell under Your care. “Live in temporary shelters for seven days…so your descendants will know that I had the Israelites live in shelters when I brought them out of Egypt” (Leviticus 23:42–43).

Father, cover me with the shield of Yeshua’s blood. Let His perfect sacrifice protect me from all harm, every accusation, and every attack of the enemy. “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29). Let the blood of Yeshua sanctify this dwelling, making it holy and pleasing in Your sight.

HaShem, ignite the fire of God within me. Let Your Spirit dwell in me as You promised: “For I, declares the LORD, will be a wall of fire around her, and I will be the glory within her” (Zechariah 2:5). Purify my heart, refine my mind, and strengthen my hands to serve You with joy and boldness. Let the fire of Your Spirit flow through me to touch others, bringing light, healing, and revelation.

Yeshua, I rejoice that You are the Living Word and the Living Torah. “The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us” (John 1:14). May Your presence dwell in me, in my home, and in my community as we celebrate Sukkot. Let this temporary dwelling remind me of the eternal dwelling You have prepared for those who love You.

Father, I thank You for Your faithfulness, provision, and protection. “The LORD will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and His song will be with me in the night” (Psalm 42:8). Let the joy of Sukkot overflow in my heart, reminding me that Your presence is my delight and my strength.

Abba, I repent for the times I have leaned on my own understanding, neglected Your commands, or failed to rejoice fully in Your provision. “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me” (Psalm 51:10). Purge all fear, doubt, and distraction from my soul, and help me to live fully in Your joy and peace.

I pray for Israel, Your chosen people. Open their eyes to recognize Yeshua, the Messiah, and let Your Spirit bring awakening and harvest. “I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy” (Joel 2:28). Let Your glory dwell in Jerusalem and flow out to all nations.

Father, I also lift the nations to You. Let the knowledge of Your glory, revealed in Yeshua, spread like a river across the earth. “This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations” (Matthew 24:14). Let rivers of living water flow through Your people, bringing healing, salvation, and deliverance wherever they go (John 7:37–38).

Abba, as I dwell in the sukkah, may I also dwell in Your presence permanently, walking in holiness, joy, and gratitude. Let this season teach me dependence, faith, and intimacy with You. May the shield of Yeshua’s blood protect me, the fire of Your Spirit refine me, and the glory of Your Name shine through me.

Father, glorify Yourself in Israel, glorify Yourself in the nations, and glorify Yourself in my life. Let Sukkot be a holy time of rejoicing, reflection, and deepened fellowship with You, so that my life may proclaim Your eternal Kingdom.
