A Messianic Prayer For Mark Carney, Prime Minister Of Canada — For HaShem’s Glory And Kingdom Advancement Through Yeshua

Avinu Malkeinu, Our Father and Our King,

Blessed are You, HaShem, God of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya'akov — the Holy One of Israel — the Ancient of Days, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. I bow my heart before You in reverence, in awe, and in desperate longing that Your name would be glorified across the nation of Canada and that Your Kingdom would be revealed through the power and truth of Your Son, Yeshua the Messiah.

Today, Abba, I come before You with a deep and trembling heart to intercede for Mark Carney, the Prime Minister of Canada. You have said in Daniel 2:21 that “You change times and seasons; You remove kings and establish them.” It is by Your will that Mark Carney holds authority over this land, and it is to You alone that he must ultimately answer.

So I ask, HaShem, in the name of Yeshua, pour out Your Ruach HaKodesh upon him. Surround him with the shield of Yeshua’s blood, and let no power of darkness prevail against him as You begin a divine work in his heart. “For the Son of Man came to seek and save that which was lost.” (Luke 19:10). May Yeshua, our Great Shepherd, call out to him, even in the quiet watches of the night.

Father, You are a consuming fire (Deuteronomy 4:24). Let the fire of God fall upon the heart of the Prime Minister — not to destroy, but to refine. Burn away pride, deception, compromise, and ungodly counsel. Ignite within him a desire to know truth — Your truth. “Sanctify them in Your truth, Your word is truth” (John 17:17).

Open his eyes, HaShem, as You opened the eyes of Elisha’s servant to see the host of Heaven (2 Kings 6:17). Let him see that greater are those who are with us than those who are with the enemy. Send Your ministering angels to war in the spirit on his behalf — not that he may be glorified, but that You, HaShem, may be glorified through his life, his leadership, and his influence.

Let him be a vessel, even if unknowingly at first, for Your Kingdom purposes. Raise him up like Cyrus, whom You called “My shepherd” and “My anointed” even though he did not yet know You (Isaiah 45:1-5). Do the same in Mark Carney’s life. Begin a divine unveiling.

I ask, Abba, let righteousness and justice be the foundation of his governance. Let mercy and truth surround him. Remove every voice of false prophecy and ungodly ideology that seeks to lead Canada away from Your commandments and Your promises to Israel. You said in Isaiah 1:26, “I will restore your judges as at the first, and your counselors as at the beginning. Afterward, you shall be called the city of righteousness, the faithful city.” May this be true of Ottawa and of every city and village across Canada.

Father, I declare Psalm 72:1-2 over him:

“Give the king Your judgments, O God, and Your righteousness to the king’s son. He shall judge Your people with righteousness, and Your poor with justice.”

Let him not govern out of political pressure, but out of holy conviction. Let him not bend to international coercion, but stand for Your truth, especially concerning Your land, Israel. Let the fear of HaShem be greater in him than the fear of man. As Yeshua said, “Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.” (Matthew 10:28)

If there be any remnants of faith from his childhood, stir them now by the wind of the Ruach. If there is any seed of truth buried in his soul, breathe upon it and make it live. Let him dream dreams, receive visions, and hear Your voice as You spoke to Samuel — with clarity and authority.

Raise up voices around him — advisors, counselors, even strangers — who carry Your Word, who are unafraid to speak truth with boldness and love. Remove every Haman and raise up Mordecais. Remove every Balaam and raise up prophets like Elijah who will not compromise Your Word.

And Abba, most of all, let Mark Carney come to know Yeshua — not as a symbol, not as a cultural icon, but as Mashiach, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Let him come to say as Peter said, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” (Matthew 16:16)

I pray for Your glory to fill Canada, from sea to shining sea, from the mountains of British Columbia to the shores of Newfoundland. Let revival break out — first in the government, then in the churches, in the universities, in the media, in the streets. Let the Name of Yeshua be exalted, and let the people say, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” (Matthew 23:39)

Let Your Kingdom come, and Your will be done in Canada, as it is in Heaven.

I seal this prayer in the blood of Yeshua — the unshakable, everlasting covenant.

I declare the fire of God to go before and behind this prayer.

I declare the glory of HaShem to be revealed in Canada.

And I ask all this in the matchless, holy, eternal name of Yeshua HaMashiach,
