Reflection

These words are part of the Aaronic blessing, a timeless promise of Adonai’s love and favor over His people. To have the Lord “lift up His countenance” upon us means He looks at us with kindness, grace, and delight. His gaze is not one of anger or rejection but of acceptance and compassion.

Peace—shalom—is more than the absence of conflict. It is wholeness, healing, restoration, and blessing. In Yeshua, this blessing comes alive. He is our Prince of Peace, the One who makes us whole and draws us near to the Father. No matter the storm, when His face shines upon us, our hearts can rest in His perfect peace.

Prayer

Abba Father,
Thank You for Your blessing and for the gift of shalom. Help me to walk in the peace that comes from trusting You. Lift up Your countenance upon me and let my life reflect the light of Yeshua. May Your presence bring healing, joy, and hope in every part of my journey.
