Ultra-Fast Miso Soup Recipe - Kosher Parve - 3 Steps - Minimal-prep Perfect For Busy Days Or a Quick Immune Boost
Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable broth (kosher, parve)
2 tablespoons miso paste (white or yellow)
1 cup mixed quick-cooking vegetables (carrot, zucchini, or baby spinach)
Instructions:
1. Pour vegetable broth into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
2. Add the mixed vegetables and cook 3–5 minutes until tender.
3. Remove a small amount of hot broth, dissolve the miso paste in it, then stir it back in. Do not boil after adding miso.
4. Serve immediately. Optional: sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions.
