1. Classic Matzah Ball Soup



  • In a large pot, bring 8 cups of chicken broth to a boil. 
  • Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Add 2 stalks of celery, 2 carrots, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 2 bay leaves.
