Fish Fried In Oil Homemade Kosher Recipe | From Sea To Plate

Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to about 350°F (175°C).
4. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
5. Carefully place the coated fish fillets into the hot oil, one or two at a time, depending on the size of your skillet or fryer. Be cautious to avoid overcrowding.
6. Fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
7. Use a slotted spoon or tongs to transfer the fried fish to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Repeat the frying process with the remaining fish fillets.
9. Serve the fried fish hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.
10. Enjoy your homemade kosher fried fish as a main dish or in sandwiches!
