Ginger Beef Homemade Kosher Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef steak (such as flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (make sure it is kosher-certified)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.
5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
10. Serve the ginger beef hot over steamed rice or noodles.
11. Enjoy your homemade kosher ginger beef!
